Fashion Flavor: First Monday

This is my first “First Monday`s” blog. First Monday is a nod to the first Monday in May when the Met Gala is typically held. One day I would love to attend the Met Gala. The Met Gala always has a theme each year. The theme of this look is menswear/grandpa style. Mixing textures like patent leather and different patterns of plaid elevates the look. Style tip for this look is think dressing like your grandpa with your favorite overcoat in the same colors and add a casual touch with a t-shirt.

About the look: Plaid oversized coat/blazer, patent leather wide-leg pants, black TJJ t-shirt, plaid hat.
