First Monday: The Urban Safari
Hey Y`all! It`s “First Monday”, “Birthday Month” and I had the privilege of attending and covering a fashion show. I was invited to attend and sit front row from Ms. Selena from the local brand “Urban Sofie. The event was a night of fashion, hair, musical, and dance performances. The Urban Safari featured local fashion and hair designers. Creativity and originality were in full effect. There was a Lady Boss as the D.J. and local vendors with all original merchandise. My favorite designer that night was “Urban Sofie”! I cant wait to get these pants with feathers going down the leg. I decided to wear a tan maxi dress, tan hat, tinted shades and a white blazer to throw over my shoulders because I’m always cold. This look was my interpretation of “The Urban Safari”. Style tip: change out the blazer for a button shirt as a jacket and layer tons of necklaces for a bold look.
