Fashion Flavor: Best Summer Tradition Ideas that are Cost Effective

Fashion Friday Y’all! Happy August! For me I am toeing between summer and pre-fal!. But we will get into that later. As you know if you have followed me on this journey, I love traditions. A new tradition that I accidentally fell into is camping and visiting little small towns. I realized for quite sometime now, that I have taken an annual camping trip. The funny thing is I don’t even know how to put up a tent or even start a fire. The secret is to go camping with people that know what they are doing.

While camping and keeping the tradition going, we were able to visit Old Town Winchester. This quaint town was filled with small eateries, cute little book stores and unique boutiques. There was an eccentric nostalgia that filled the galley wall of spaces on the left and the right.

But the most important part, what do you wear in the blazing hot summer and still be stylish and comfortable? On the first day I wore an army green romper. Later that weekend I chose biker shorts in what other colors than… black, white. For me the key is cute comfort. I am always cold so I always take that into consideration by wearing things I can layer. Style tip: If you are feeling self conscious about showing your butt, try a longer version of the tank I wore. Also wearing an oversized linen shirt. Linen will keep you cool and it is a fabric that breathes.

About the Look: black tank, black bike shorts, black hat, black sandals, black sunglasses, bag, shirt jacket.

Comment Below: Do you have any new traditions you started?
